Damned Lies
From My Wiki
Damned Lies (on eg. http://l10n.gnome.org) is an improved method of collecting data relevant to translation for GNOME project: it calculates statistics (i.e. how much has something been translated) for both GNOME UI and documentation translation, reports on most common errors with i18n approach, and reports when developers break contracts between them and translators (such as "string freeze" contracts).
It keeps a list of contributors (translators and developers) and links to relevant bug reporting pages. It also supports different methods of fetching source code like Subversion, CVS, GIT, etc.

In the real world
Installed on http://l10n.gnome.org and Fedora Translation Project, source code at http://svn.gnome.org/svn/damned-lies/trunk/.
