Trains
I'm not sure where the person who wrote the big about trains got their info from. But I have to say after extensive train travelling in eastern Europe, the trains are a delight to use compared to the trains in the UK. The carriages are often old, but that is a blessing more than a curse, travelling compartment style is great! For anyone from Western Europe, the trains are crazy cheap and efficient. I've been very late once, but that was due to snow on the lines (compared to England where they cancel the train at the first sign of a light breeze). Nearly all the trains are in some state of disrepair, and many aren't quite as hygienic as people are used to, but really it isn't all that bad.
Anyway, I've updated the text, if anyone disagrees they can revert me, but I feel quite strongly about it :) I've had some great times on the trains there. - Francis Tyers 13:20, 22 October 2007 (CDT)
